LumenLuxe LLC ("LumenLuxe," "we," "our," or "us") provides design, installation, takedown, removal, maintenance, repair, and storage of holiday and permanent lighting systems for residential, commercial, and municipal properties. Service scope, materials, and timelines are defined in each written estimate or invoice.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing is based on current material and labor costs; adjustments may occur for scope changes or market fluctuations. Quotes are estimates only until full payment is received or financing approval is completed. Taxes, permits, and site-specific fees are additional unless stated otherwise in writing.

Full payment is required prior to scheduling installation, unless the client elects approved third-party financing. LumenLuxe offers consumer financing through Affirm, subject to Affirm's independent credit approval process. Client must complete Affirm's online application and agree to its terms. Affirm remits payment directly to LumenLuxe; client remains financially responsible to Affirm under their agreement. If financing is denied, full payment is required to proceed.

All payments are non-refundable once materials are ordered or installation is scheduled. Failure to complete payment within five (5) business days of acceptance may result in cancellation of the booking or forfeiture of promotional pricing. Returned or declined payments incur a $50 administrative fee and suspension of work until resolved. LumenLuxe retains ownership of all materials until paid in full.

Installations are weather-dependent. LumenLuxe may delay or reschedule for rain, snow, freezing temperatures, or unsafe roof conditions. Client-requested reschedules within 72 hours of appointment may incur a $75 rescheduling fee. LumenLuxe is not liable for loss, inconvenience, or cost arising from delays beyond its control.

Client must provide safe and unobstructed access to work areas and functioning outdoor GFCI outlets. LumenLuxe is not responsible for damage to structures, roofing, gutters, or landscaping caused by pre-existing defects or hidden conditions. Work may be paused if unsafe or inaccessible; return visits will be billed separately.

Holiday lighting systems are leased to the client unless purchased outright. Permanent lighting systems become client property once full payment is received or Affirm funding clears. Unauthorized removal or modification voids all warranties and may incur repair or replacement costs.

Holiday installations: 30-day workmanship warranty.
Permanent installations: 1-year labor warranty; manufacturer component warranties (typically 2–5 years) apply.

Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, power surges, weather, pests, vandalism, or third-party tampering. Optional Maintenance Subscription Plans extend warranty coverage and include scheduled inspections and discounted service calls.

Standard takedown occurs after January 1, unless otherwise arranged. Stored materials are cataloged and kept under LumenLuxe custody for the following season. Annual storage renews automatically unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before next season. Materials unclaimed after 12 months are deemed abandoned and become property of LumenLuxe.

LumenLuxe carries general liability and worker's compensation insurance as required by Kentucky law. Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify LumenLuxe, its employees, and contractors from any claims or losses arising from: Client negligence or unsafe site conditions, or Unauthorized alterations to installed equipment.

LumenLuxe's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project. LumenLuxe shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages under any circumstances.

Orders canceled before material procurement are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations after materials are ordered or installation is scheduled forfeit 50% of the total contract value. Once installation begins, the full quoted price is due. Refunds, when approved, are processed within ten (10) business days.

All disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Hardin County, Kentucky in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Venue for any legal proceedings shall be Hardin County, KY.

LumenLuxe is not responsible for nonperformance due to events beyond its control, including acts of nature, supply chain disruption, labor shortages, or government actions.

Client grants LumenLuxe permission to photograph completed installations for promotional or portfolio purposes, provided no personal information (addresses, faces, or signage) is displayed without consent.

All estimates, design renderings, and system configurations remain the intellectual property of LumenLuxe and may not be shared with third parties or competitors.

This document and the associated invoice or proposal constitute the entire agreement between LumenLuxe and the client. No verbal representations or prior communications modify these Terms unless confirmed in writing.

By signing a proposal, submitting payment, or completing an Affirm financing application, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
